Resourced Provision Teacher (ASD) – Full Time

Worth Valley Primary School is part of the Leading Learners Multi-Academy Trust. We are looking for a highly effective specialist teacher with extensive experience of teaching children with Communication and Interaction Needs (mainly Autism) to lead and manage our resourced provision.
Our school is a friendly, thriving and stimulating place to work and learn, with an exceptionally positive recent Ofsted inspection. We are looking for an exceptional classroom practitioner to join our wonderful staff team.
The successful candidate must:
- Be inspirational, passionate and committed to securing the best outcomes and progress for our children
- Have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
- Have a secure understanding of a wide range of SEND
- Be a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills – capable of leading, motivating and developing a team
- Play a full part in the life of the school and commit to working in partnership with staff, parents and the Trust
